Mountain View Realty was exceptional!! Robb was genuinely concerned and sensitive to my needs as a Personal Representative of an Estate. He communicated clearly, thoroughly and explained the process in detail. He took the time to ask me the essential questions about what was important to me and how I wanted to proceed. He presented numerous options and provided comprehensive details about each option. I felt very comfortable as Robb communicated thoughtfully and we collaborated throughout the process. When we decided to place the house on the market, he provided beautiful and professional photographs and seamlessly listed the house. It was on the market a few days and we received two solid offers and final offer was even over the asking price. Inspections, survey and closing were also easy and effortless, for me. I have worked with Robb over the years and his caring and compassionate manner, along with his through understanding of the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho real estate market, make him one of the best Realtors in our area. Robb helped a good friend of mine who needed to sell his home fast, because he had found the dream home for he and his wife, and Robb did just that! The real estate market was on fire at the time and my friend did not have time to list and sell his home in the tradional manner. Robb secured a cash offer in a matter of days and my friend was able to close on his new home immediately. Robb (and his partner/wife Penny) were so wonderful to work with to sell my father-in-law’s home while I was states away. They handled everything from finding an investor for a quick sale to setting up repairs that were needed on the house. Every time I had any questions I received a quick reply and so I never felt like being in another state was a problem. They arranged their schedule to accommodate ours when we came for a quick visit to handle some financial business, helped us set up an estate sale, and even stopped in to bring my father-in-law some of his belongings at his Assisted Living facility once we were no longer in town. If you are looking for a full service realtor and a home selling/buying experience that leaves you feeling comfortable and confident that things will be taken care of, look no further!
